Every order is reviewed first. The written scope identifies the exact service or project stage, deliverables, amount, revision allowance and delivery target before a hosted payment link is issued.

3Hosted payment
The payment request identifies the agreed service or project stage. Card details are handled by the selected payment provider and are not collected by CN Studio on this website. CN Studio Terms and Privacy Policy are available for review before payment.
4Creation
The artwork or design is produced and revision rounds are handled according to the selected package.
5Delivery & confirmation
Final files are delivered by email or secure download link. CN Studio asks the client to confirm receipt so the delivery record is clear.
For staged projects, each stage is a separate paid scope. Future stages are not charged until the previous stage is reviewed and the next scope is confirmed.

What exactly do I receive?
Your written scope lists the number of artworks, file formats, dimensions, revision rounds, intended use and target delivery date. Final files are normally delivered as JPG, PNG or PDF, with SVG or layered/source formats where appropriate and agreed.
How do payments work?
After the scope and price are agreed, CN Studio sends a hosted payment link by email. Payment-card information is handled by the selected payment provider and is not stored by CN Studio on this website. The payment request identifies the specific service or current project stage being paid for.
Will I receive payment confirmation?
The selected payment provider handles the card-payment confirmation or receipt according to its checkout settings. CN Studio also keeps the written project scope and project correspondence so the paid service or stage remains clearly identifiable.
What is the Custom Art & Design Service?
It is a staged option for creative work that develops through separately agreed steps: Visual Direction, Artwork Development, and Finalization & Delivery. Each paid stage is confirmed in writing with its deliverables, price, revision allowance and delivery target before payment.
Are the portfolio images commissioned projects?
The website includes selected studio work, portfolio samples and project-direction examples. When a page mentions a related project or external website, that context is stated directly on the page.
Can I use the artwork commercially?
The Signature and Visual Set tiers include standard commercial use for the specific project agreed in the written scope. Reselling source files, templates or the artwork as a standalone stock asset requires separate permission.
What if I need to cancel?
If a paid stage is cancelled before work on that stage begins, it can be refunded in full. Once work has started, refund eligibility is assessed against the specific stage and work already completed or delivered. Unpaid future stages can simply be stopped. If CN Studio cannot deliver an agreed paid stage, the undelivered portion is refunded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Do you work with clients outside Romania?
Yes. CN Studio works remotely with international clients in countries supported by the selected payment provider. Prices are displayed in USD; the exact payment currency is confirmed before the hosted payment link is issued.
