Digital Delivery Policy

CN Studio provides digitally delivered creative services. No physical shipping is included unless a separate written agreement explicitly states otherwise.

Delivery method

Final files are delivered to the email address supplied by the client or through a secure download link. Common formats include JPG, PNG and PDF; SVG, layered or other formats are supplied when appropriate and included in the written project scope.

Target timelines

• Digital Artwork: typically 3–5 business days.
• Signature Commission: typically 5–7 business days.
• Visual Set: typically 7–10 business days.
• Custom web, costume-development and production projects receive an individual written timeline before payment when the standard package timing is not appropriate.

Client response time

Delivery dates may move if the project requires client feedback, approvals or missing materials. Any significant change is communicated by email.

Delivery confirmation

The delivery email and/or download link serves as the electronic delivery record for the project.

Staged custom projects

For Custom Art & Design Service projects, delivery may be divided into agreed stages. Each paid stage is documented separately with its deliverables and target date. Any additional stage is quoted and confirmed before a new payment request is issued.
