Digital Delivery Policy

Digital service

CN Studio currently provides digitally delivered artwork and visual design services. Unless a written project scope explicitly states otherwise, no physical product is shipped.

Delivery method

Final files are delivered by email or secure download link in the formats listed in the written scope. Common formats include JPG, PNG and PDF, with SVG or layered/source files only where specifically agreed.

Delivery timing

The target delivery date or estimated business-day range is confirmed in writing before payment. If additional client information or approval is required, the schedule may pause until that information is received.

Staged custom projects

For staged Custom Art & Design Service projects, each stage has its own deliverables and target date. Stage 1 covers Visual Direction, Stage 2 covers Artwork Development, and Stage 3 covers Finalization & Delivery unless the written scope defines a different structure. A later stage is not billed until the previous stage is reviewed and the next scope is confirmed.

Delivery confirmation

After sending final files or a stage deliverable, CN Studio may ask the client to confirm receipt. Email correspondence, secure-download records and client approvals may be retained as fulfillment records.

Problems with delivered files

If a file is missing, corrupted or inaccessible, contact CN Studio through the website contact form or support email. A replacement download or corrected delivery will be provided where appropriate.
