Terms of Service

These terms apply to made-to-order digital artwork, visual design and related creative services provided under the CN Studio name.

1. Project scope

Before payment, the client receives a written scope describing the agreed deliverables, price, intended use, file formats, revision allowance and target delivery date. Additional work outside that scope requires a separate written agreement and may change the price or timeline.

2. Payment

Payment is requested through a hosted payment link after the project scope is confirmed. CN Studio does not collect or store payment-card details on this website. The exact currency and total charged are shown to the client before payment.

3. Revisions

Revision rounds are limited to the number stated in the selected package or written scope. A revision adjusts the agreed direction; a new concept or substantially changed brief may be quoted separately.

4. Delivery

Digital files are delivered by email or secure download link. Estimated delivery times are listed on the website and may be adjusted in writing before payment for unusually complex projects.

5. Usage rights

Usage rights are defined in the written scope. Where standard commercial use is included, it applies to the specific agreed project. Resale of the artwork as a standalone stock asset, template or source file is not included unless agreed separately.

6. Client-provided material

The client confirms that they have permission to provide and use any references, logos, photographs or other materials supplied for the project.

7. Portfolio use

CN Studio may display non-confidential finished work in its portfolio unless a different confidentiality arrangement is agreed in writing. Client-sensitive information is not published as part of a portfolio example.

8. Refunds and cancellation

Custom Art & Design Service

Some projects are handled as a variable-scope Custom Art & Design Service when the work needs to develop in stages. In these cases, the client and CN Studio agree the current stage, deliverables, price, revision allowance and target delivery date in writing before payment. A later stage may be changed or expanded only after a new written scope and price are agreed.
