Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before work begins

If the client cancels before production begins, the payment can be refunded in full.

After production begins

Once research, concept development, design or other production work has started, any refund is assessed according to the completed work and the written project scope. Work already delivered or completed is not automatically refundable simply because a client changes direction or no longer needs the project.

If CN Studio cannot deliver

If CN Studio is unable to complete the agreed deliverables, the undelivered portion of the project is refunded. If no deliverable has been produced, the project is refunded in full.

Approved refunds

Where a refund is approved, CN Studio will normally return it through the original payment route when the payment provider supports that method. Processing time after initiation may depend on the payment provider and the client's card issuer or bank.

How to request a refund

Email cn.private.contact@gmail.com with your name, order reference, payment date and reason for the request. Requests are reviewed against the written project scope and delivery record.
