Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before work begins

If a paid fixed-scope project or paid project stage is cancelled before CN Studio begins work on that scope, the payment for that unstarted scope can be refunded in full.

Staged custom projects

For projects handled in stages, each stage is a separate agreed scope and payment: Stage 1 — Visual Direction; Stage 2 — Artwork Development; Stage 3 — Finalization & Delivery. Cancelling a project stops future unpaid stages. A client is never required to purchase a later stage simply because an earlier stage was completed.

After a paid stage begins

Once work on a paid stage has started, refund eligibility is assessed against that specific stage, the work already completed and any deliverables already provided. Work already completed or delivered is not automatically refundable solely because the client changes direction or no longer needs the project. Where reasonable, any clearly undelivered portion of a paid scope may be considered separately.

If CN Studio cannot deliver

If CN Studio is unable to deliver an agreed paid stage, the undelivered portion is refunded. If no work or deliverable has been produced for that paid stage, that stage is refunded in full.

Approved refunds

CN Studio initiates an approved refund within 5 business days of approval, normally through the original payment method when supported by the payment provider. After the refund has been initiated, the time required for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider and the client’s card issuer or bank.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to a transaction. Where applicable, any statutory withdrawal rights are handled in accordance with mandatory law and the circumstances of the specific service or project stage.

How to request a refund

Use the website contact form or email cn.private.contact@gmail.com with your name, order reference, payment date and reason for the request. Requests are reviewed against the written scope, stage record, correspondence and delivery record.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy removes or limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under the law governing a particular transaction.
