Terms of Service

1. Services

CN Studio provides made-to-order digital artwork and visual design services. Current services include custom digital artwork, wall artwork, book and album cover design, performance costume concept art, cinematic and game concept art, interior visual artwork and focused web design. Unless a written scope explicitly states otherwise, services are digitally delivered and do not include fabrication or shipment of physical goods.

2. Written project scope

Before payment, the client receives a written project scope identifying the service or project stage, deliverables, price, revision allowance, intended use and target delivery date. The payment request is issued for that agreed scope. Changes that materially expand the scope require a new written agreement and, where applicable, a new price.

3. Fixed-scope and staged projects

Projects may be sold as a fixed package or as a staged Custom Art & Design Service. Staged projects normally use three steps: Stage 1 — Visual Direction; Stage 2 — Artwork Development; Stage 3 — Finalization & Delivery. Each stage is quoted and paid separately before work on that stage begins. The client is not charged for a future stage until its scope and price are confirmed.

4. Payment

Payments are completed through a hosted payment provider. Card details are processed by that provider and are not stored by CN Studio on this website. The payment request identifies the agreed service or current project stage. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are available on the CN Studio website for review before payment. Any additional checkout confirmations, receipts or statement descriptors are provided according to the selected payment provider and its checkout settings.

5. Consumer withdrawal and early-start requests

Where mandatory consumer law gives a client a withdrawal period, those statutory rights remain unaffected. If a client asks CN Studio to begin work during an applicable withdrawal period, CN Studio may request an explicit written request or consent before work starts. Any statutory consequences of beginning or completing a service during that period apply only to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

6. Revisions and approvals

Revision rounds are limited to the number stated in the written scope. A client approval may be requested before moving from one stage to the next. New directions requested after approval may require a separate scope.

7. Digital delivery and confirmation

Final files are delivered by email or secure download link in the agreed formats. CN Studio may request confirmation that the files were received correctly. Delivery records, project correspondence and approvals may be retained as business records.

8. Performance costume concepts

Performance costume services are concept and visual-design services unless a separate written agreement explicitly includes physical fabrication. Final electrical load, battery configuration, insulation, heat management, fastening, structural integrity and performer safety must be validated by the qualified fabricator or technical specialist constructing the finished costume.

9. Intellectual property and usage

Usage rights are defined in the written scope. Standard commercial use, when included, applies to the agreed client project. Resale of source files, templates or artwork as standalone stock assets requires separate written permission.

10. Refunds and cancellation

The Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights that apply to a transaction are not limited by these Terms.
